Initial consultation is a thorough case-take done by gathering information about your current health, your health history & your family's history & diet. You may be recommended to have pathology or functional tests done and will provide you with a 7 day diet diary to complete.
Immediate advise from this consult may be some basic dietary and lifestyle recommendations in preparation or remedy of your presenting symptoms. However detailed diet advise, herbal medicines or supplement recommendations will be presented and discussed with you at the second consultation.
Second Consultation - Report of Findings Generally two weeks after the first consult I will report all the findings from my analysis of your case-take, test results and diet diary. As well as provide you with a realistic comprehensive treatment plan to suit your lifestyle and needs. Your Initial consultation of 1-1.5hrs & the report of findings of approximately 20mins is $120 which is paid at your Initial Consultation. For children under 13yrs this is $80 for the initial consultation & report of findings.
Future Follow-up Consultations Will be a review of your health & progress with the treatment plan. - Make sure its working for you - Make adjustments where needed - Keep you focused and on the right track - Ensure we haven't missed anything - Address anything new that's come up Future consults are about 30-45 minutes and the cost for adults is $60 and $45 for children under 13yrs old.
Before a follow-up you will be emailed two weeks into the plan to see how your going. From there, the first follow-up will be one month after you have started implementing changes and from then on it would depend on your progress either monthly or bi-monthly as you progressed becoming less frequently to when something new pops up. Please note Testing and Products recommended are an additional cost.

Naturopathy focuses on prevention, treatment, and optimal health using modern, traditional and scientific approaches on natural health practices looking into the biochemistry and pathology behind your symptoms on a holistic level. Naturopathy encompasses Nutrition, Diet, Herbal Medicine, Homeopathy, Bach Flowers, Aromatherapy & manual manipulation like Massage. Some practitioners further there training with other therapies but this is the general foundation of a Naturopaths 3-4 year degree or diploma in which i did mine through the South Pacific College of Natural medicine and Charles Sturt University.
Herbal Medicine is Plant medicine - utilising plants: the foundation of modern pharmaceuticals for a dynamic whole system strengthening approach.
Clinical Nutrition using dietary factors & supplementation to obtain nutritional balance at therapeutic doses for effective results.
Homeopathic Medicine - (a famous example: Arnica for bruising). World health organisation states this is the 2nd largest therapeutic healing system in the world used in the right way it may be beneficial.
Massage through Naturopathic Training a part of our core training was body work in which I learnt Relaxation massage, Sports Massage (Pre-event & Post event), Lymphatic Drainage TechniqueMET & GAT - General Articulary Technique (this is for improving your range of motion - helping get that great golf swing back!).
